Baking!

Baking!

December 6 – Make. What was the last thing you made? What materials did you use? Is there something you want to make, but you need to clear some time for it? (Author: Gretchen Rubin)

The last thing I made was pineapple upside-down cake! It has been a really long time since I baked anything because I have been so busy. Baking and cooking is really a stress reliever for me.

(This I made.)

The next thing that I want to make is Christmas cookies and a gingerbread house. I never made one before so it should be fun. It may not be diabetic friendly but it seems fun to do. I can always let my family enjoy the goodies. I mean I just need a bite.

(This I didn’t.)
