Studies have indicated the different possible associations between processed sugar consumption and has revealed the health hazard of consuming to much processed sugars. Having a diabetes condition makes a person's sugar level rise due to a a insulin deficiency or a insulin malfunction. Usually, diabetes is due to hereditary and environmental causes resulting abnormally that leads to high blood sugar levels. People giving up sugar is not impart of their free will, it's because they need to give sugar up for health reasons. Who are the brave people giving up sweets? Well the people who are giving up their sweets are called diabetics.

TYPES OF DIABETES Aside from the fact that diabetes is all about high level of sugar in the body, another common thing is that this disease will last for a lifetime. Insulin may be given by injections using a syringe, insulin pump, or insulin pen. The term "type 1 diabetes" has universally replaced several former terms, including childhood-onset diabetes, juvenile diabetes, and insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Either of the 3 types of diabetes, if not properly treated and medicated and if not being implemented regularly may lead to heart attack, eye problems, nerve damage, gum disease, kidney problems and more. This causes the blood sugar to builds up in the blood instead of going into cells making the pancreas produce even more insulin. Type 1 diabetes is characterized by loss of the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas leading to insulin deficiency.

DIABETES TREATMENT Eating healthy when you are suffering from diabetes and maintain a balanced diet. Inculcate self discipline to make you diabetes care plan work. Educate yourself on how to care for your diabetes which will help you feel better today and in future. Treatment for diabetes varies based on a number of factors, including weight, age and any complications that the patient is experiencing.
